Barlows Employee's Complete RMHC Snowdon Challenge 2010

On May 22nd 2010, a team of Barlows employees put they’re strength and stamina to the test by climbing Mount Snowdon in aid of Ronald McDonald House Charity (RMHC). They completed the challenging 10 mile course in less than five hours.

Team member Claire Morewood said “I thought I was relatively fit, but I had no idea how hard the climb was going to be. We were very lucky as it was a beautiful clear day and the views were breathtaking! The great sense of achievement when reaching the summit along with the knowledge that we were raising money for charity made it all worthwhile.  I will definitely be doing it next year!”

Barlows would like to thank everyone who was kind enough to sponsor our team, it was a great success and we have so far raised in excess of £1400 for this very worthy cause.
