As a business we want to change the face of construction. We understand that an important part of achieving and maintaining this is through having a well-engaged team where people feel recognised and valued.
In 2006 Barlows was recognised by Investors In People. We invest in our team to create an environment and culture where every member of the team is appreciated on their own merits and is recognised for their commitment and input.
Our values were written-down after a lot of talking at team briefs, in small groups and larger groups until we had a set of values that we all believed in.
