Barlows has been working with Greggs since 2009.
Greggs new store concept required a significant refurbishment roll out programme.
Barlows were asked to project manage the initial roll out and have continued to deliver the projects into 2011.
With a common objective to reduce store fit out costs and programme, Barlows have reduced standard project site time from 12 days to 7 and costs by 16% in the last 2 years.
