JJB Fitness Centres

Barlows acted as principal contractor for JJB delivering the design and build of its fitness centre projects.

Through the implementation of lean techniques we were able to reduce the standard site period from 16 weeks to 12.

The 25% reduction of the site period provided JJB with four additional trading weeks.

The Quality, Health and Safety were kept to a high standard throughout.
