Barlows has remodelled over 160 of Total’s forecourt stores. The projects had to be completed quickly to ensure minimal disruption to customers.
Utilising its ‘lean’ approach to re-fit programmes Barlows was able to reduce time on site from 16 days to an incredible 4.5 days.
The programme for Knock Down and Rebuild projects varied on the site specific conditions but was minimised to maintain trading.
