Barlows has been working with Total since 2002 and has remodelled over 130 forecourt stores.

The knockdown and rebuild projects had to be completed quickly to ensure minimal disruption to customers. 

Utilising its ‘lean’ approach to re-fit programmes Barlows was able to reduce time on site from 16 days to an incredible 4.5 days.
