Barlows has been working with Wilkinson to improve its construction process with an end game of eliminating waste and opening stores more quickly.

Working with this customer since 2008, Barlows now lead Wilkinson’s lean site delivery initiative.

A key success with these projects has been the consistent quality of finish and the early completion, which have allowed stores to start trading earlier than would have previously been anticipated.
